There are five key English language arts skills to master if you want to be college and career ready. You need to be able to read well to gain understanding, write well to communicate understanding, speak well to have others understand you, listen well to understand others and research well to know what others already understand.
Here’s a fact: You will do all five of these things every day for the rest of your life. The only thing that will distinguish you from the other person is how well you do them.
